The Angola Board of Zoning Appeals gathered on Monday evening and approved residential apartments.

The BZA approved a variance for second story residential apartments with office space on the first floor located at 430 N Wayne Street. The apartments will be single family residential living spaces with two bedrooms. There will be no modifications to the exterior of the building. The upstairs apartments will have one or two highlight windows added, on the east and west side of the building to allow for natural light in the living area. 


The BZA will gather again on February 22nd at 5pm virtually.
