CONSTANTINE – The Constantine School District received a positive audit report.
During Monday's meeting, the Constantine Board of Education was presented with the school audit. Rick Strawser, of Norman & Paulsen PC, shares that the School has a General Fund, capital projects and non major governmental funds. They are made up of assets, liabilities. In the General Fund, there was a fund balance of just over $4 million. Capital Projects has just over $561,000 for a fund balance.
Strawser says Constantine Schools received an unmodified report, which is the highest report that can be given.
