STURGIS, MI - A Sturgis elementary has raised over $2000 with a coin drive to help two different causes.
Students at Wall Elementary School recently completed a coin drive where the goal was to raise enough funds to be able to support two different endeavors: a local family excited to invest in a service dog for their daughter, and the Sturgis Splash Pad project.
Together, the school raised $2,514. Funds were equally split between the two projects.
School officials said it was an incredible accomplishment for all students.
