(AUBURN) – An incident that allegedly happened almost ten years ago has led to the arrest of an Auburn firefighter.
DeKalb Superior Court officials say that 34 year old Cody Larowe has been arrested on Level 1 and Level 4 felony child molesting charges. According to court documents, the girl who is now a teen, shared details with many therapists over the years of her alleged contacts with Larowe. One of the therapists reported the information in January, which led to a police investigation.
Larowe was arrested, but was able to bond out of the DeKalb County Jail.
The court records also show that DeKalb Superior Court Judge Adam Spuiller recused himself from the case. Noble County Circuit Court Judge Michael J. Kramer has been appointed the Special Judge to oversee the case.
