(LIGONIER) – Several area cross country teams were in action at the West Noble Sectional. In the boys race, Angola was third, Central Noble fifth, Lakeland eighth and Prairie Heights was 14tha. The Angola and Central Noble boys both qualify for the Regionals next week. Lakeland’s Memphis Martin was third individually, and also qualifies for the Regional. In the girls race, East Noble finished second, Prairie Heights fourth, Lakeland eighth and Angola 11th. East Noble and Prairie Heights advance to the Regional meet. Moving on as individuals are Reggie Sunderland and Lana VanKovering of Lakeland who finished 13th and 36th respectfully. Fremont’s Sammy Myers and Amoree Price finished 28th and 37th and also move on to the Regional meet, as does Isabella Underwood Sanders of Angola who finished 39th.
