(BRONSON) – The Union City boys and girls cross country teams both finished first in their portions of the Big 8 Jamboree hosted by Bronson. In the boys race, Bronson came in second and Quincy third. Individually, Union City’s Ben Gautsche was first overall while teammate Jason Shoop was second. Bronson’s Adam Franks was eighth and Brayton Cosby was 12th. For Quincy, Chayse Jensen was fourth and Hunter Walker was 18th. In the girls race, Quincy finished second and Bronson was third. Individually, Bronson’s Ashlynn Harris was first overall while Alonna Goodsell was 11th. Skyler Fraley of Union City was second and Allison Gautsche was third. For Quincy Lainey Yearling finished fifth and Kendyl Musielewicz was seventh.
