(ANGOLA) - Angola-area residents are invited to pack the arena and cheer together when the Fort Wayne Komets host an Angola Community Night on Sunday, Feb. 1.

The Komets will face the Tahoe Knight Monsters in a 5 p.m. puck drop at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. Doors open at 3:45 p.m.

Community Night offers deeply discounted tickets for businesses, organizations, families, and residents from the Angola area who want to attend as a group. Tickets range from $22.21 to $26.82 and must be purchased by 11:59 a.m. on game day.

Tickets purchased through the Community Night link will be delivered digitally within 24 hours, typically by text message. Fees are shown up front as part of a federal transparency rule.

Organizers say the event is designed to bring communities together for an affordable night of hockey while supporting the Komets at home.

The game will be played at 4000 Parnell Ave. in Fort Wayne.
