(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis International Airport has once again been ranked the best airport in North America, marking the 14th consecutive year it has earned the top honor.
The recognition comes from Airports Council International World's Airport Service Quality Customer Experience Awards, based on traveler surveys evaluating airports across 30 categories, including check-in, security, gate areas, atmosphere, and ease of navigation.
For the 2025 survey, Indianapolis International was named both Best Airport in North America among facilities serving five to 15 million passengers and Best Airport for Easiest Airport Journey.
Airport officials say the award strengthens Indianapolis' reputation as a destination for major conventions and sporting events. Leaders credit staff performance and operational planning for maintaining high service levels, even during peak travel periods and severe weather.
The airport has also received multiple J.D. Power honors, including being named the top medium-sized airport for customer satisfaction eight times.
Officials say the consistent recognition reflects a long-term focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service for travelers passing through the facility.
