(ANGOLA) - The City of Angola is preparing for its annual Fourth of July parade, with this year's event highlighting the theme "America 250."
City officials say the 2026 parade will recognize 250 years of American history, focusing on themes of freedom and unity.
Those interested in participating must submit applications and entry fees by June 5. Completed forms can be mailed or dropped off at 210 North Public Square.
Applications are available online through the city's website or by contacting organizers directly.
Organizers encourage community groups, businesses and residents to take part in the annual celebration.
