(ANGOLA) - Pickleball players of all skill levels are invited to compete for a cause later this month at Sheets Family Park.

The Steuben County Community Foundation is promoting FIST's 30th Anniversary Pickleball Tournament, scheduled for June 28 at Sheets Family Park.

The tournament will feature beginner, intermediate and advanced divisions, along with age-based brackets for high school and college players, ages 20 to 40, and ages 41 and older.

Participants will compete in two-person teams representing a nonprofit organization of their choice. The winning team will earn a $1,000 donation for its selected nonprofit.

The event is hosted by FIST in partnership with Angola Parks and Recreation and the YMCA as part of the organization's 30th anniversary celebration. Organizers say the tournament is designed to support local nonprofits while highlighting youth philanthropy in the community.

Registration is available through Eventbrite.
