ANGOLA, Ind. (WLKI)- The Steuben County Sheriff's Office reported four arrests between the morning of Sept. 29 and the morning of Sept. 30.
Debbie L. Bosquet-Shipe, 57, of Hudson, was arrested on a misdemeanor allegation of animal cruelty for a domestic violence purpose. She was arrested at a residence on East Railroad Street in Hudson. Her bond was listed at $3,005 cash or bond, with a $305 cash option.
James B. Shipe, 54, of Hudson, was also arrested on an allegation of animal cruelty for a domestic violence purpose in connection with an incident at the same East Railroad Street address. His bond was listed at $3,005 cash or bond, with a $305 cash option.
David Mosley Jr., 42, of Cincinnati, was arrested on a Level 6 felony theft allegation. His bond was listed at $3,005 surety.
William J. Shepherd, 49, of Yorktown, was also booked into the Steuben County Jail, according to the arrest summary. The summary did not list an alleged offense or bond information for Shepherd.
The sheriff's office said the report covers arrests made between 6 a.m. Sept. 29 and 6 a.m. Sept. 30.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
