ANGOLA, Ind. (WLKI)- The Steuben County Sheriff's Office reported three arrests in its latest daily media summary.
Ronald D. Hart, 50, of Fort Wayne, was arrested Tuesday evening on Interstate 69 near the 348.5-mile marker. Jail records list allegations of Level 6 felony possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years.
Matthew G. Marra, 48, of Fort Wayne, was taken into custody on a Level 6 felony probation violation allegation.
Andrew J. Smith, 41, of Angola, was arrested on a misdemeanor failure-to-appear allegation.
The sheriff's office report covers arrests made between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Tuesday.
All charges are allegations, and each defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
