(ANGOLA) - Cameron Hospital welcomed its first baby of 2026 this week with the arrival of Gracelynn, born to the Lewis family in Angola.
Hospital officials shared the news as part of their annual New Year's baby tradition, celebrating the milestone birth at Cameron Hospital. Staff extended well wishes to the Lewis family as they begin their journey together. Cameron Health also thanked several community sponsors for donating items to help welcome the New Year's baby, including Meijer, Walmart, WIC, Caleo Coffee, Mayor Martin and the City of Angola, Jenny Lou's, Chaplain Tom Adamson, and Libby's.
Hospital leaders said the outpouring of community support reflects the strong local partnerships that make celebrating families in Angola especially meaningful.
